Terms of Use

Sift is made by App Deco Studio Inc. These terms, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy, apply when you use Sift. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

Sift is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it. Read the Privacy Policy to see how data is handled.

Deleting photos

Sift deletes photos and videos only after you confirm the deletion in the iOS prompt. Deleted items go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for up to 30 days before removing them permanently. You're responsible for what you choose to delete, and for keeping your own backups. App Deco Studio Inc. can't recover items once they've been removed from Recently Deleted.

Sift Pro, subscriptions and cancellation

• Sift is free to use for a limited number of decisions each day. Sift Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The yearly subscription renews automatically unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings → Manage Purchase in Sift.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under the App Store's policies.
• Prices may change. Any change to a subscription price follows Apple's rules for notifying subscribers.

Third-party services

Sift uses services from Apple, RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Proprietary rights

Sift, its name, icon and design are the property of App Deco Studio Inc. Your photos remain yours.

Disclaimer and liability

Sift is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, App Deco Studio Inc. isn't liable for any loss of data, including photos or videos, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Sift.

Changes

We may change these terms or the app at any time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use Sift after a change means you accept the updated terms.
